Proof of CURRENT, VETERINARIAN-ADMINISTERED vaccinations are required for all bookings.
We are happy to accept veterinarian-issued notices of exemption, due to old age, allergies, medical complications, or other reasons. Notices of exemption must be reissued every two years.
***No vaccines may be given in the two weeks prior to a guest's check in date, for any reason.
Due to our incredibly small volume, it is unlikely we will have perfect play matches for our guests, and we have decided to prioritize quality one-on-one time with human caregivers, over play with other dogs. Dogs who do not live together, do not play together, period.
Please, book the days you need. Like with your hotel or airline reservations, adjustments are not always possible, or may come with a fee. Full or partial cancellations with less than one week's notice from check in date, may be subject to a fee of $50.

We will do what we can to provide guest updates on request. Our top priority is ensuring the daily needs of each of our guests is met every day, and that may not leave a lot of time for pictures and emails. If you don't hear from us, assume all is well!
If you do require an update on how your pet is doing, please allow at least a couple of business hours for a response.
Be kind to us! That goes a long way, and you may find it's easier for us to squeeze you in, when you are habitually on time, don't require adjustments to your bookings, and don't message at 2 am, expecting an immediate response. :)
